Basic Life insurance:
Provide a lump sum payment in the event of your death.
May choose coverage from 200% to 500% of your annual earnings.
Family Life Insurance:
Provides a lump sum benefit if a family member dies and in certain circumstances, a monthly benefit if a spouse dies.
Voluntary Accident Insurance:
